Avocado addict, real food, a fruit

The list is never-ending because avocados become a lifestyle and find their way into everything, even our face masks and eye-makeup remover.

Full Moon Challenge January 2020

full moon challenge - parasite cleanse

Time to get ready for the Full Moon Challenge. The next full moon will occur on January 10th, 2020 at 2:21 PM ET and is called a Wolf Moon. Parasites have become common because toxicity is more common. Parasites thrive in a toxic body. Parasite mobility is increased during the full moon allowing the cleanse to be most effectively timed. With a decrease in melatonin weakening the immune system and an increase in serotonin enabling parasite mobility, it’s the perfect time to provide your body with extra support to maximize true detox results.

Even harder to believe how long sweet potatoes have been around, history dates back to 8,000 B.C. in Peru. Tried-and-true delicious versatile real root food is now enjoyed around the world filling our plates with color and healthy sweetness.

Sparkle While Being Still Through the Holidays

Sparkle while being still during the holidays

Here we are, smack dab in the middle of the holidays. While we are chronically ill, we may feel like we have lost our energy for the holidays. We certainly have lost patience for the stress of it all. So why can’t we simply turn our sparkle on while we are being still through the holidays? Be still and sparkle!!! I love this idea. We can all muster up parking our bike to rest and flipping the sparkles on.

Feeling the Chill of Winter During Illness

feeling the chill of winter during illness

Chronic illness has a way of intensifying winter. The cold harsh reality of a broken body and broken relationships can wear as thin as a windbreaker in a roaring blizzard. Finding warmth, joy and wholeness is a challenge during a numbness that never seems to thaw. The chill of winter reminds us to “chill” in the numbness. Even snowmen eventually thaw.
