FDA Safe Language

You may find that it’s difficult to find recommendations for specific diseases and conditions on AmazingWholeness.com. This is the state of natural supplement providers today. The FDA does not allow herbs or supplements to be linked to disease-states, else they be considered drugs.

This means that even if there’s a new study done that links an herb to curing cancer, reversing arthritis or even preventing memory loss (Alzheimer’s), we can’t mention that it does this because supplements aren’t allowed to “treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”

It’s a hard place to be in when we see those studies published every day. That said, we do our best to give you the facts and connect the dots in creative ways to get you the information you need.
