Day of Celebration for Life and Wellness

This is my 2nd anniversary since that awful day when I had 100% heart blockage and a ton of other things that all went terribly wrong at the same time. Better believe I am celebrating life and wellness. Even in a pandemic, I can have a party!! This is my LIFE DAY and I’m gonna celebrate no matter what.

Don’t Paint Me As A Victim, I Am Above That, So Are You

Don’t paint me as a victim, I am so much more than that, so are you. Victims we are but… Victim defines us only when we let it. Being a victim holds us a prisoner when we have so much more to offer the world. Remove the bars, the barriers, the prejudices, the pigeon holes that are useless and be who we are through our difficult circumstances. Get above it!!!!
