Suicide rates are rising. Sad to say but understandably so. As we are starting to face the issue head-on, the conversation has opened up more. Though the stigma for those in crisis may still exist. By continuing to keep the dialog open and move toward more action we all can contribute to saving lives, precious human lives.

Hiding Troubles During Chronic Illness

for all the problems you try to hide, let them float away

It is common for those who are chronically ill to hide many of their troubles. There are problems, worries, fears, needs, obstacles, and the list never ends. Our emotional state may become more fragile and we start to stuff the troubles. It bogs us down, keeping us stuck. Some of those troubles can be released in balloons. Certainly does not fix everything, but it significantly lightens the load of chronic illness.

Sleep and EMF’s, Still Troubleshooting Inflammation

The visual display of the inflammation roller-coaster was hopefully helpful for you yesterday. We have some control over how bad the inflammation gets while we find the root cause of it.  While we keep troubleshooting, it is helpful to try different tools to make us more comfortable which in turns reduces our stress, making it easier to heal.
