Have you made the correlation between your heart and 5G? If you have any heart issues, you may have recently noticed an increase in them. You can stay out of the political wars and still take steps to protect your heart. Even if you don’t have heart issues — take these simple steps FOR YOUR HEALTH…

5G has arrived, whether we like it or not. We might not have much control over the 5G situation in a general sense but we do have control over our personal devices.

Digital toxicity is a huge contributing factor to chronic illness.

Learn how to control your “smart” phones, pads, computers, modems, etc. You really do have some control over the situation.

Personal Heart Issues

I was out of the woods, getting healthier and healthier by the day, doing summersaults for the glorious recovery of 100% heart blockage and Lyme and the endless list of diseases and issues. I had finally found the protocol that would move me through it all.

Then I suddenly started having heart issues again and severe pain. What-the-heck!!!

I noticed my computer was automatically switching over to 5G instead of non-5G. It was when my computer did this that my heart would slip. Not just a fluttering but heart failure. Been there done that so I know exactly what it feels like.

The Internet connection was a key force behind the sudden shift in heart issues. Time to take charge.

Be In Control Of Your 5G

For those of us who are on our computers all day, we have got to take control, for our own health.

This example is for MAC users (because I have a MAC).

Your Internet connection – what is it? If you don’t know, go look…

Top right-hand corner of your screen is an Internet symbol, click on it…

This will provide a drop-down box that lists all available Internet connections. Mine has my full name.

As you can see; maribethbaxter AND maribethbaxter-5G are on the list…

GOOD – no 5G

The one with the checkmark is the one indicating your current Internet connection.

The problem is that it AUTOMATICALLY switches over to 5G without my input whatsoever.

This is what AUTOMATICALLY happens a few times a day. It switches to 5G.

BAD – 5G

It is my responsibility to keep an eye on this throughout the day as I use my computer.

For those who are chronically ill, PLEASE DO THIS!!!! Especially if you have heart issues.

This is what you desire to find every time you look at it, NON 5G checked…

Once you know about this, it is super easy to keep an eye on it and simply switch it back to NON 5G any time it has automatically switched on you.

Internet Provider Assistance

Your Internet provider will assist you if you do not see a choice to move away from 5G. CALL THEM.

My heart cannot take the stress of 5G, period, done deal. Last week as I was doing my hourly checks to make sure I was NOT on 5G, I found no option to go back to NON 5G.

I immediately called my Internet provider. Got a tech on the phone immediately. Explained it was a heart issue and had to be quickly resolved. I chugged on liquid minerals to calm my heart and he stayed on the phone with me while he solved it and provided me with the NON 5G option.

I quickly switched back over and my heart immediately calmed down.

The tech even explained how it all works and how I got kicked off of the NON 5G option.

Chances are, you won’t need to even make a phone call — just keep an eye on your Internet connection as you are using your computer.

I happen to have a small town Internet provider that offers excellent service. Whether you have helpful techs or not, insist on the assistance needed to get the NON 5G option.

Health Is An Adventure

Instead of getting angry at the 5G situation, we can choose to remain calm and do what is within our control. Anger creates stress which keeps us in poor health. Complete waste of time and energy.

When we can view the complexities of walking out of illness as an adventure, we can peacefully take one step at a time.

My health is light years better than what it was, but it is still an adventure when things come up like 5G.

As we heal, we are not as sensitive to things like 5G… BUT… EMF exposure can quickly get us right back into chronic illness if we do not take active steps to reduce the exposure.

Your health can be improved by removing as much of the EMF exposure as possible. The closer you are to EMF sources the more detrimental it is.

Take EMF Action

  1. Unplug the power to your Internet modem (and TV) at bedtime so you can get restorative sleep
  2. Hardwire your computer so you are not using a wi-fi signal – Cat7 SHIELDED cable
  3. Hardwire keyboard and mouse
  4. Apple USB Ethernet Adapter – save yourself money – it HAS to be Apple brand if using Apple product (don’t waste money by trying cheaper products, they don’t work)
  5. Use EMF barrier under laptop (I have owned mine for several years and IT WORKS)
  6. Wear computer glasses to block blue light
  7. Switch to “night shift” to reduce blue light on computer
  8. Keep phones/pads/computers out of your bedroom
  9. Unplug any electrical device in your bedroom that you can (ANALOG BATTERY alarm clock)
  10. Do NOT put your smartphone to your ear – use earbuds/headphones by Mercola or Bose
  11. Turn OFF Bluetooth on all devices (vehicles now have built-in Bluetooth)
  12. Turn ON airplane mode whenever possible on your phone
  13. Keep smartphones in protected EMF cases
  14. No excuses — on a budget, use budget-friendly EMF protected case
  15. Stop using electric toothbrushes (they emit EMF’s)
  16. Make sure you have an analog meter for utilities for your home – no “smart meter”

Scientific Evidence on 5G Harm

Do your best and let go of the rest. Then when you have a good day, work on it some more. Little by little you can gain a routine to provide a safer environment from EMF’s.
