When I don’t do things during my best time of day when I have the best energy, I don’t get the best results. I only have about 3 hours in the morning when I have my “best time” and then I run low on energy and results. Tickled to have the 3 hours in the morning, it has been a few years that I did not even have that. When is your best time of day to use your best energy to get your best results??
