Getting a Grip on EMF Exposure

Getting a grip on the basic concepts of Electromagnetic fields (EMF) will help you troubleshoot some chronic illness symptoms. We don’t need to be obsessive about it.  Awareness of the situation provides the right amount of action that is right for your situation. There is a balance to everything in life. 

Two weeks of Wi-fi instead of hard-wired computer/Internet and I am feeling the EMF bombardment on my body. Neurologically I felt the effects within minutes. Two weeks into this and my eyes are so red and sore that I want to scream.

EMF Basics

Electromagnetic fields (EMF) are a combination of electric and magnetic fields of energy that surround any electrical device that is plugged in and turned on.

This subject is important so I will keep harping on it. There are so many simple things we can do to reduce our exposure without becoming needlessly obsessive.

Try a few ideas and see if you feel the difference. If you do, you will know why I love this troubleshooting idea. Taking some basic steps is something within our control.

Keep doing what you can every single day to be healthy and more comfortable…. and let the rest go.
