Healthy First Aid Kit
Making our lives as toxic-free as possible contributes towards better health. Have you thought about what goes in a first aid kit that is as toxic-free and natural as possible? There are some surprisingly effective first-aid natural products.
Capsules keep well in a first aid kit. They are also convenient in emergency situations. You can open one (or more) at a time and make an instant paste for bug bites, cuts, and burns.
Capsules are convenient in an emergency. Make Handy-Dandy-Emergency-Paste
- open capsule in palm of clean hand (or in the lid of the bottle)
- drop water on to it, a drop at a time until it makes a paste consistency
- mix together with a clean finger or cotton swab
- place on skin to draw out toxins, stop bleeding, stop itching, etc.
