Description

What you will receive…

1. Lab request for a lab draw for Labcorp for MVX Plus. This must be used within 6 months of the order or it is forfeited. This is an Evexia / Labcorp policy that cannot be altered.
2. When the results are in, you will receive an educational sheet to help you understand your own results.
3. When the results are in, you will have a 20 minute education session with Maribeth Baxter. You will determine a 2 month project to work on (based on what you see on your lab results). 2 month minimum, you are welcome to go longer than 2 months if you choose.
4. The opportunity to test again after 2 months to measure your work. Each MVX Plus blood draw is an additional $85 fee. 2 month minimum, you are welcome to go longer than 2 months if you choose.
